  • What are some best practices when creating/managing alert rules?

  • I have a lot of users in my subgroup but I don't want to go through the hassle of adding them to each alert. How can I simplify this?

                We recommend you create user groups. Please follow this guide on where to create groups.

  • How do I add replacement Elements I received to my account?

We don't add new or replacement machines to your dashboard subgroups right away because if they are added before properly activated, there is a potential for them to be added to existing alert rules. Since we don't want you to receive erroneous alerts (e.g. a connection alert for a device that is still in transit), it's best to wait until the devices are installed to add them to the dashboard. To add devices to a subgroup, please follow the steps in this video
