This article explains how to get your gateway onto your WiFi via the Elemental Insights dashboard. The user account must have the "Admin" or "Manager" role in order to use this feature.
1. Ensure gateway is assembled, plugged into an outlet, powered on, and fully charged.
2. Log into the Elemental Insights dashboard.
3. Go to the "Admin" menu.
4. If there are multiple groups in your Customer account, be sure to select the group that contains the gateway that needs to be added to your WiFi Network.
5. Select the "Gateways" tab in the right pane.
6. Select 1 or more gateways by placing a checkmark in the box.
7. Press the “Edit Wifi” button.
8. Select the SSID of the network to connect the gateway(s) to and enter the password.
9. Press “Next.” The gateway will be connected to the network.
