Introduction
This page provides work instructions for on-site integration between the Concoa Intelliswitch 539 Series Manifold and Element-D.
Materials
Your package contains the following items:
- Element-D w/ Power Supply
- USB to serial cable (DB9M)
You will also need Concoa part number 5295321, which may be purchased from your local gas supplier.
Setup Instructions
1. Carefully remove the contents from its packaging. If any of the contents looks damaged, please send a picture of the contents to help@elementalmachines.com.
2. Plug in the Element-D and complete the Wifi Connect instructions. Power off the Element-D when complete.
3. Locate the circular connector on the bottom of the unit labeled ‘Serial.' Plug the circular end of the grey cable (5295321) into this port.

4. Plug the other end (DB9) of the gray cable into the provided USB-to-Serial cable.
5. Connect the USB end of the cable to the Element-D.
6. Plug the Element-D into power.
7. Check your Elemental Machines dashboard account to confirm that inlet and outlet pressure values are displayed.
8. Set up any required alerts.
